If you're a camping enthusiast and seeking a stunning campsite nearby during the final month of summer vacation, we've put together a list of various campsites just for you!

Butterfly Valley - Muğla

Butterfly Valley, one of our most enchanting spots, is gaining popularity day by day. It's the perfect choice for a camping experience filled with fun, nature, and the sea. The valley offers clean waters and the chance to stroll through oxygen-rich surroundings. Its location in a secluded bay adds to its charm, providing a tranquil and seasoned camping experience. However, be prepared for this thrilling journey. Don't forget to bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and, of course, all your camping equipment. And let's not forget the thrill of paragliding! Along with being at one with nature, you can admire the view from the sky and soar like a free bird. The campground can host up to 125 people, and the fact that they offer free showers, toilets, and electricity is a definite plus. If you're not comfortable with tents, you might consider staying in one of the bungalows around the campground.

Karagöl Sahara National Park - Artvin

Are you ready for an unforgettable camping experience near Artvin's two magnificent lakes? Both of these lakes, recognized as nature and national parks, bear the name Karagöl and are destined to become favorite spots for nature lovers. Let's dive into more details!

The lakes, one in Borçka and the other in Şavşat, are simply breathtaking.

Karagöl in Şavşat is a registered national park, resembling a paradise where lush forests embrace a crystal-clear lake. The availability of accommodations here brings good news for camping enthusiasts. Don't forget to include the nearby natural villages and plateaus on your list of places to visit!

Of course, it's wise to check the entrance fees for the campground before embarking on a nature walk. This is especially important for those planning to camp with tents and caravans, as knowing the daily prices will help keep your budget in check. Alternatively, you can opt to stay in charming country houses as well.

Olympos - Antalya

Olympos is a little slice of paradise that has gained worldwide fame as one of Türkiye's most renowned and beloved camping destinations. This breathtaking region attracts both local and international tourists and is the perfect spot for those seeking a delightful blend of nature, sea, and history!

Keep in mind that finding a place here during the summer months might not be the easiest task. It's crucial to plan ahead and make reservations in advance. The campsites with tree houses are particularly intriguing, offering an extraordinary accommodation experience that allows you to be intimately connected with nature. Olympos, with its harmonious blend of sea, sun, and natural beauty, caters to everyone's tastes.

Apart from its natural splendors, Olympos boasts a fascinating history. Visitors can explore the ruins of the ancient city of Olympos, taking a journey back in time and relishing the historical ambiance. Another significant advantage of Olympos is its proximity to Antalya Airport, making it easily accessible for travelers.

Başkonuş Plateau - Kahramanmaraş

Nestled within 1300 acres of forested land, Başkonuş Plateau is a genuine natural wonderland. This captivating forest is home to deer and around 50 varieties of endemic plants, making it an excellent choice for camping and immersing yourself in nature. Moreover, the region is known for its healing air and abundant oxygen, making it a health haven!

The vast expanse of the plateau ensures you can find a quiet and tranquil spot to call your own. However, be aware that during the summer months, it can get crowded with day-trippers on weekends. To avoid any disappointments, it's wise to book your spot in advance.

If you're a trekking enthusiast, you'll be delighted to explore the hiking trails that lead up to Sersem Plateau and beyond. Additionally, ATV tours and horse safaris are available for those seeking more adventurous experiences. The diverse range of activities, from reaching the pond to the fire tower, guarantees something for everyone.

The proximity to cities such as Mersin, Hatay, Gaziantep, Adana, and Osmaniye is another fantastic advantage. Those living in these regions should definitely consider adding Başkonuş Plateau to their list of must-visit campgrounds.

Delikli Koy – Izmir

Delikli Koy, located in Alaçatı, a popular neighborhood in Izmir, is a camping enthusiast's paradise. If you want to fully embrace the sea and nature, grab your tent, sleeping mat, and swimsuit, and head to Delikli Koy!

We're confident that you'll be in awe as soon as you set eyes on the breathtaking location of Delikli Koy. You can pitch your tent in the tranquil atmosphere of the beach, fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves, and savor peaceful moments by the sea. It's like a dream camping experience come true!

The lack of facilities in the bay makes it ideal for those seeking a true escape into nature's embrace. The taste of camping just a stone's throw away from the sea is incomparable. However, if you still prefer to have some basic amenities nearby, you can find facilities with access to restrooms, showers, electricity, and food and drinks.

As public transportation to the bay can be a bit challenging, it's generally best to travel by car. This way, you can avoid the heat during the morning and noon hours and explore Alaçatı by driving around the center, visiting local markets with fresh produce, and trying out the local cuisine
