Waterparks that cater to children, teenagers, and adults alike are among today's most popular forms of entertainment. These parks offer hours of enjoyment with a variety of games and slides for everyone. You can find these water wonderlands in many parts of our country, but the Aegean and Mediterranean regions are particularly rich in them. Let's explore the most renowned waterparks in the Mediterranean and Aegean.

Aqua City Balçova Thermal – İzmir (Balçova)

Situated in the Balçova district, Aqua City Balçova Thermal is a beloved amusement park frequented by locals from Izmir and its surrounding areas. The park boasts a range of attractions, including different slides, both small and large pools, a mini-golf course, a tennis court, a wave pool, darts, and many other activities. Admission to the park, which is open seven days a week, costs 250 TL to 350 TL for adults and 200 TL to 250 TL for children aged 5-12. Children aged 0-4 enter for free.

Gümüldür Yalı Castle Aquapark – İzmir (Menderes)

Gümüldür Yalı Castle Aquapark is one of the go-to spots for Izmir residents looking to enjoy their leisure time without straying too far from the city. Nestled in Menderes, a distinguished district of Izmir, this sprawling park spans an impressive 19 thousand square meters. The park offers a plethora of activities for both kids and adults, and you pay a single fee upon entry, granting you access to unlimited activities throughout the day. Inside, you'll find an array of exciting slides, pools, and games. There's even a dedicated Kids Club for the little ones. The park's operating hours run from 10:00 to 18:00 every day of the week, with beach access available from 10:00 to 17:00, and slide openings from 10:00 to 17:30. Admission fees range from 645.00 TL to 695.00 TL for adults and 440.00 TL to 510.00 TL for children. Children born in 2017 and later enjoy free admission.

Adaland Aquapark – Aydın (Kuşadası)

Adaland Aquapark in Aydın's Kuşadası is one of the most popular water parks in the Aegean region. The park offers activities that cater to both kids and adults, with the standout feature being the Amazon Family Slide, recognized as the world's longest slide. In addition to this, there are attractions such as a wave pool, a children's pool, a trampoline, a lazy river, a jacuzzi, and even rafting amidst a variety of colorful and unique slides. Entrance fees are 800.00 TL for individuals aged 10 and older, 550 TL for those aged 4-9, and free for children aged 0-3. It's important to note that these fees apply exclusively to Turkish citizens.

The Land of Legends – Antalya (Serik)

The Land of Legends in Antalya's Serik stands out as a prime example of concept water parks. Within the park, you'll discover themed areas like the Land of Laughter, Secret Lagoon, Aqua Land, and Adventure Land, each creating a magical atmosphere that will captivate children. The Aqua Land section of the park offers activities like Float Rider, Dolphin Swim, and Dolphin Scuba Diving, promising extremely enjoyable moments. You'll also find a plethora of slides, both small and large. Admission to The Land of Legends, with its numerous entertaining activities for both children and adults, comes at a cost. Entry fees are 1040 TL for children aged 4-11 and 1300 TL for those aged 12 and above. Additionally, the park offers a Fast Track service, allowing you to enjoy the fun slides and rides throughout the day without waiting in line, for a fee of 490 TL.

Kemer DoluSu Park – Antalya (Kemer)

DoluSu Park, situated in the Kemer district of Antalya, offers a plethora of activities, slides, and pools. It stands as one of the largest and most captivating water parks in the Mediterranean region. It's not just about slides and toys; DoluSu Park hosts various captivating shows as well. Moreover, there's a foam party event for people of all ages, from the young to the young at heart. The park is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day of the week. Admission fees are 360 Turkish Lira for children aged 6-11 and 600 Turkish Lira for adults aged 12 and above. Keep in mind that there may be different promotions and discounts available.

The Land of Legends Theme Park – Antalya (Belek)

Situated in Belek, another picturesque district of Antalya, this themed park caters to both young and old alike. Regarded as one of the country's largest theme parks, it boasts a collection of more than 40 types of slides and features over six pools designed for children of all ages. The park's standout attraction is the Family Coaster, towering over 60 meters high, which guarantees family fun for all. Additionally, there's an array of diverse activities and water shows to enjoy. Admission fees are 1800 Turkish Lira for children aged 4-12 and 2000 Turkish Lira for adults, while children aged 0-3 enter free of charge.
