Sığacık

Sığacık, located 8 km from the town center, holds many historical treasures for you to discover. The most significant historical structure in the area is Sığacık Castle, constructed during the Seljuk period. This castle served as both a naval base and a customs control point and has endured through the ages. You can easily reach this castle, which we strongly recommend visiting, composed of two towers and surrounding walls, by taking minibuses departing from Seferihisar.

Sığacık Bazaar

A visit to Sığacık wouldn't be complete without exploring the renowned Sığacık Bazaar. This bustling marketplace, one of the busiest and most popular in the Aegean region, features local products crafted by villagers. A Sunday visit is all it takes to stumble upon this popular market teeming with locally sourced, natural products, including a wide array of organic goods. You'll find everything from lentil meatballs to organic village eggs, olive oil dishes, black mulberry juice, and an assortment of pastries. To reach the market, simply catch a minibus from Seferihisar center to Sığacık.

Seferihisar's Bays

Seferihisar's bays are renowned far and wide. To experience the beauty of these unique and breathtaking bays, consider joining daily boat tours when you're in Seferihisar. Some of the bays you can explore during these tours include Aktaş Bay, Taş Ada Bay, Azmak Bay, Turquoise Bay, and Papaz Boğazı Bay. Ancient City of Teos

If you're interested in visiting the Seferihisar Cultural Center, please note that they welcome visitors between 08:00 in the morning and 17:00 in the afternoon. To get there, you can take a minibus, shared taxi (dolmuş), or bus number 730.

Teos Marina

Teos Marina can be found in Sığacık Harbor. This marina offers a delightful experience with its scenic walkways, waterfront shops, cozy cafes, vibrant restaurants, and a bustling bazaar. Teos Marina is a must-visit spot when you're in Seferihisar. You'll also find both paid and complimentary parking areas by the marina, which comes alive in the late afternoons and evenings. If you prefer public transportation, you can hop on the Sığacık minibuses.

Bademler Village

Bademler Village, linked to Urla, lies 10 km away from Seferihisar's center. The memorial house welcomes visitors free of charge every day of the week from 09:00 am to 18:00 pm.
