Interesting Concept Hotels in the USA

Accommodation is one of the most important aspects of our vacations. We start looking for hotels that fit our budget and comfort the most, and their availabilities, months prior to our holiday. There are many concept hotels in the USA, which aim to invite you in for a stay or give meaning to your holiday. We searched for the hotels to visit in the USA and introduced these hotels to you. We only wish that you can create time to see the places, even if you can’t stay there.

1- Wigwam Motel, Holbrook, Arizona

Would you want to stay with native American Indians in their iconic tents? By definition, Wigwam means a “tepee”, an American Indian tent. This motel is part of a hotels chain built between 1930 and 1940. The first hotel of the chain was built in Horse Cave, Kentucky. Their most recent hotel was opened in Rialto/San Bernardino, California as Wigwam Village Inn #7. Don’t let the “tent” concept make you think about an uncomfortable accommodation. The facility is designed as a comfy motel. You can find everything you need from double beds to TVs.

2- Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Orlando, Florida

This time, we recommend a hotel for childish spirits who adore the magical world of Disney. The hotel is very much like the African savannahs, reminding us of the Lion King’s Pride Rock. You may not be able to go to Africa for a safari with your family, but you can bring the safari to them. The hotel offers you a unique experience with over 30 species of animals, including giraffes. You can also try unforgettable aromatic dishes in the award-winning restaurant in the facility.

3- Dog Bark Park Inn, Cottonwood, Idaho

Are you ready to see the world’s largest Beagle? Dog Bark Park with its unmatched design was recently transformed into a 2-bedroom hotel at 27 feet high. We should also mention its unparalleled scenery from the terrace. The bed & breakfast hotel represents the beagle hotel concept in all interior decorative pieces like bedheads and wall decorations. If you want to have this unique experience, you can start looking for available dates on Airbnb.

4- The Queen Mary, Long Beach, California

Who wouldn’t want to stay in a historical ship that witnessed the World War II? Known as the Queen Elizabeth’s twin, this ship is located in the city center and has been hosting guests since 1967. You must know that Hotel Queen Mary is remarkably larger than the Titanic and is almost twice as heavy. It is so large, that only a walk on the deck will require a significant amount of time. We suggest you definitely visit this hotel for splendid memories, even if you don’t stay there.

5- Winvian, Litchfield Hills, CT

Winvian Farm hotel is a fantastic hotel in the USA that was featured on the  “Extreme Mind-Blowing Hotels”. There are 18 personalized cottages and a master suites in the facility. Each personalized cottage represents the vision of a different architect. For example, the Helicopter Cottage is designed to completely duplicate all features of a 7,700 kg U.S. Coast Guard Sikorsky Sea King Pelican HH3F. Other cottages were inspired from interesting treehouses, caves, or a Masonic temple. Please visit the website to find the cottage that addresses your taste.
